Georgia Southern signs 21 guys this year. I might be completely wrong here, but I think that's one of the largest signing classes we've had in recent years. After reading the info on all of these guys, I'm EXTREMELY pumped about having them play here at Southern.

AWESOME JOB COACH SEWAK, COACH PATE, COACH RUSSELL AND THE OTHER COACHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kenard Bradford, QB, 5-10, 180, Apopka, Fla. (Apopka HS)
Accounted for over 30 touchdowns as a starting quarterback during his junior and senior seasons at Apopka High School ...Guided Blue Darter offensive unit, which is very similar to Georgia Southern's triple-option attack and produced current Eagle record-setting signal-caller Chaz Williams ... Helped guide Apopka to Florida 6-A State Championship in 2001 as a junior ... Also started on defensive side of ball as a free safety and was program's top punt return specialist ... Clocked at 4.50 in the 40-yard dash.

Will Campbell, RB, 5-10, 180, Sylvania, Ga. (Screven County HS)
Played key role as wingback for Screven County program which made four consecutive state playoffs appearances and captured three straight region titles ... Helped guide Gamecocks to Class AAA state championship with a perfect 15-0 record as a senior in 2002 ... Three-year starter ... Rushed for 555 yards and six touchdowns in 2002 ... Averaged 8.2 yards per carry ... Topped SCHS in receptions as a junior and senior ... Recorded 493 receiving yards and five TD receptions during senior campaign
