No argument here. The Blade does a very, very good job. We have no room to complain at all.
As I understand it, neither of you live in NW Ohio. Shade, How would you rate the Blades coverage of the Rockets and Falcons compared to the Dispatch's coverage of the Buckeyes??? I mean if the Blade does a "very, very good job", I imagine that the words don't even exist for how you might describe the Dispatch's coverage of the Bucks.

Lets toss out some facts. I count 29 articles done on Buckeye football since August 1st (<a href='http://columbusdispatch.com/football/football.php' target='_blank'>link</a>),the Blade has done 3 articles on Toledo football (<a href='http://www.toledoblade.com/apps/pbcs.dll/section?Category=SPORTS11' target='_blank'>link</a>) and 1 on BG football since August 1st.(<a href='http://www.toledoblade.com/apps/pbcs.dll/section?Category=SPORTS03' target='_blank'>link</a>) Can you honestly say after reading that, that the Blade does a "very, very good job"? I think a more appropriate statement would be "the Blade does enough to get by". 03-pissed

The Blade's coverage of the Falcons and Rockets is at the most mediocre.During the season, daily columns for each of these area
programs should appear.Feature articles 3-5 times per week is not too much to ask especially after seeing years of the Canes,FSU,and UF in the Sun-Sentinel and the Miami Herald.
