Jacobs hits 28 of 44 for 389 yards, 2 TD's and again, no INT's as BG riddled the MAC's # 1 Defense for almost 500 total yards. Shaun Suisham hit a career best 52 yard FG to end the half with BG in command 27-9. MAtt Leininger had 2 sacks on the D front and BG's D held OU to 265 total yards. Last week, BG held Ball State to 287 yards. The defense is setting the tone while the offense is kicking into high gear.

As one of the many Falcon fans that made the trip to Athens, I was totally impressed with Ohio's band. They are, hands down, the BEST in the MAC. That band knows how to entertain!

Back to football...BG hosts EMU Saturday night. Falcons on a 4 game winning streak and just need to keep the W's coming. I don't see NIU losing more than 1 MAC game and, at this point, see the Huskies running the MAC Sked. Tough break for us that we had to play the worst half in the last 4 years in Dekalb last month but that's how it goes.

GO FALCONS!!! BEAT THE EAGLES!!!
