I'll make sure that if anyone posts a pic from your site, it will have your address on it. Some already have, we'll work on more. It'll be similar to all the articles we post on here.

And Reb, remember 1987 in Jackson, when Anthony Cooney picked off a Darnell pass in the endzone with 17 secs left? Arkansas 24, Ole Miss 17.
We can match you step for step.

Yeah, that's why it was the 1970 Sugar Bowl, not the 1969 one that Arkansas won 16-2 over Georgia.

BTW, currently, Scoreboard 58-56.

Interesting too, how the city of Oxford declared it as a friggin TIE in the record books.

That makes the series records look like this.
Arkansas: Arkansas leads 25-22-1
Ole Miss: series tied 23-23-2

Can't stand being behind us for so long, I bet every win now will be declared a tie by them!

Saw some interest in that 1978 Orange Bowl and thought I would bring this topic back to the front.

Keep adding those great Hog games!

I really enjoyed reading these threads/game recaps. I remember lots of those because growing up, I used to listen/watch lots of the games from the SWC and the Hogs were the team I pulled for in that Conference. I've always been a Rebel fan but did like the Hogs as I said.

After reading all these recaps, I recalled some of them but missed or was unaware of many "great" games the Hogs have played in - winning the majority. I do recall several great games that ya'll lost, also. Having said that...I realize the hogs have enjoyed much success through the years. Congratulations on your past and here's to your future 04-cheers !!

It was a lot easier to pull for the hogs when they were in the SWC but as I have mentioned prior to now, the SEC is glad you are part of the family. It just makes the conference a little stronger. 03-wink

I'm pinning this thread for all to add on to it.

Though, from the archives, it seems as though it's been messed up quite a bit through all the board changes. Admins, can you help us out here?
