Hi guys - I'm commuting to EMU in May to start a graduate program after completing my bachelors at Toledo. From what I've been understanding (and seen) EMU is a great school to attend. I went to the Eagles-Rockets home bball game and had fun. I'm really looking forward to going to Ypsi and being on campus.

Naturally, I checked this board since the UT one is so big. Anyone have suggestions for things to check out on campus or events to look into?

The front part of campus is the coolest, near Cross Street. Pease Auditorium is nice. If you get the chance see something there. I saw "They Might Be Giants" when I attended EMU. If you are into golf, Eagle Crest is nice. Best bars in Ypsi are the Wooden Nickel and Theo's. Depot Town has some cool buildings. Gianni's Coney Island has the best Chicken Cheese Hoagie I've ever had. Downtown Ann Arbor is cool too. A very nice two story Borders Books.
