BG beat Michigan State in BG last night, 2-1. Jordan Sigalet had another monster game stopping 33 of 34 shots. Always extra special beating the Green and White!
Last night's win also gives BG home ice advantage for the CCHA Tourney...for the first time in TEN years. Hard to believe a program so rich in history and tradition has not even had home ice in ten years.
And for those of you in Ohio, tonights game will be tape delayed on Fox Sports Ohio at 11!! 'Bout damn time they get some CCHA hockey on that station. In Michigan, its on Fox Sports Detroit at 7.
BG now 16-11-4, 13-9-3 CCHA...4th place. Ay Ziggy Zoomba
GO FALCONS!!! SWEEP THE EGG SUCKERS!!

Well, that home ice didn't do us much good. I went Saturday night and they played like poop! UAF was bigger, faster, made better passes and out hustled the Falcons most of the game. :(

No kidding....we were outhustled, which rarely happens with this team. I was very disappointed in the results.
