Dover had a 10-0 lead at halftime before getting leveled in the second half either 20-10 or 30-10, I can't remember. DeSales won the game after that against a Maurice Hall ( Ohio State RB 2001-2004) led Brookhaven team before coming up short against Marrysville.

if it makes you feel any better, it was the only time in my career in marching band that i was actually demoralized by another schools band. they were that good.
I thought that was DeSales HS. I think the final wa 30-10. :(

Yeah, the Dover HS MB is one of the best around. It is always fun to see them perform and they go all out. 04-rock

what i really loved is when Columbus DeSales went up to Cleveland St. Ignatius and beat them in their place in 2003.

for those of you unfamiliar with Ohio HS football, Ignatius is THE premier high school program in Ohio. My DeSales Stallions are a D3 school.

I think Moeller and Massilon might disagree with that statement. 03-wink

Moeller was pretty dominant back in the 80's, but they aren't the best team anymore.

"Back in the day", when I was a pup, it was Massillon first and foremost, and throw Canton-McKinley and Moeller in any order. Everybody else, it seemed, were just fodder.
