Despite a funding impasse that threatens to kill planned Rupp Arena renovations, the University of Kentucky's home court will get the long-desired, all-blue seating.

Bill Owen, president of the Lexington Center Corp., said yesterday that the <a href="http://www.kentucky.com/mld/heraldleader/sports/3378572.htm" target="_blank">new seats will be installed</a> while other Rupp improvements such as new scoreboards and an updated sound system remain on hold pending passage of a state budget that includes renovation funding.
