I have lifted his ip block ban for now, in hopes of not blocking other users.

I traced our friend GOLDBIRD.

It would seem he is getting access from the MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.

I am in touch with John Martin, network administrator for MSDOT, and I believe we won't be troubled by GOLDBIRD very soon.

I think Goldenturd has had a very, very bad day. Posting from a government computer? His supervisor notified?
