Shock em
What's with the whole Shock em thing at the houston cougar games? I was wondering if you guys have any pics of fans doing the shocker at the games, because that **** is priceless! My sister wanted to know why we were laughing until we told her what that stood for. I don't know if you guys use it to spell out something or show what the Cougars were doing to the miners yesterday.

it's a long story but it's not the shocker. UH first trip to austin we use to have actual Cougar named Shasta, she got her paw caught in the door of her cage and lost a "toe". so ut fans were holding up 3 fingers and half another to poke fun. UH adopted it flashed next time we played them. also looks like a UH to some people.

a proper shocker has your pointer and middle finger together with your index far down as possible and pinky up. UH paw has them spread and index up about half way for the missing toe with the pinky up.

Others think it's the ut horn with the middle finger up to say FU Horns. appearently the Cal swim team likes to give to Ut's swim team.

but of course everyone born after 1984 thinks it's the shocker
