OK, I have to ask...
What is going on with UCF's football team this year. I'm not talking smack just asking a question. I was sure you guys were going to be top one or two in the conference this year.
What are you weaknesses?

You should ask...what are our strengths? It would take less time and space. Kevin Smith, Mike Walker, Rocky Ross....maybe Kyle Israel now that he is getting a chance. He looked good considering his blocking sucked. Burnett has not had much of an impact this season and that is very disappointing. The defense is the worst in the history of UCF in my opinion. Same guys as last year....that would lead me to believe the coaching sucks at every position. At Notre Dame O'Leary padded his resume...at UCF he padded his pockets. He has lock at UCF no matter how poorly they play and recruit.

Yeah.... not to say I thought you'd repeat the success of last year...but not do this bad either.

Goodness - that's the first time I've seen a UCF fan paint such a gloomy picture of O'Leary.

After watching a game in person and seeing several on TV, let me give you my unbiased and idiotic thoughts.
Weaknesses: Defense--The Tackling was pathetic, and your secondary can be beat easily (that being said, our QB's accuracy was pathetic).
I think your offense is fine. Yeah, you only scored 10 points, but ECU's defense has been playing some great ball for the last few weeks.
You had good fan support for that huge cavernous stadium, but they were way to fickle and left way to early.
Keep your heads up, you are moving in the right direction.

GB...Our tackling is enough to make one physically ill in the stands! And our secondary has gotten torched quite a bit this year, mostly due to a non-existent pass rush. I was surprised that we got to Pinckney 3 or 4 times...didn't matter in the end.
As for attendance, the crowd will definitely look and fit better in the on-campus stadium next year...you will have to make it out for a game when ECU is off.
Good luck to the Pirates the rest of the way...you may be peaking at the right time!

Our offense seems to have gone to sleep, but the Defense is really hitting on almost all of their cylinders.
Go Knights, win out!

I was disappointed that we didn't get to see some fireworks between Allison and Walker on Saturday...they each had 7 or 8 catches...but the big play and total yardage were definitely lacking. But your D did a great job of bottling K. Smith up all day. I think that was the real difference in the game.
