Judge dismisses Trump’s Harvard lawsuit
The right of college students to due process remains affirmed.

President Donald Trump (80) has suffered another setback in his ongoing battle with Harvard University, after a federal judge on Monday dismissed the Trump administration's lawsuit seeking the university’s admissions records.

lol, it was denied due to technicality, not because of the merits of the lawsuit. I expect this to return.
