this one is also 'right' up your alley...
Yep, one of my favorites. I don't know what the heck is wrong with some young'uns in here who don't appreciate talent.
This old man loves a wide range of music. Been around long enough to collect a lot of different styles. And I was raised on '50s Rock & Roll first. Still love it, too.
you and me, both ... the cameo with Hank Jr. laughing is ironically epic ... it's sad how some 'judge' w/o a clue...
I saw Hank do that (and all his other hits) in concert, back in the 80s, I think. He was so messed up that, not only could he not stand, he couldn't even manage to sit in a chair without falling out.

And he still nailed the concert. Unreal.
as a lifelong alcoholic, some of us make it past 27, and realize what "mortality" really means ...

She tells her listeners and social media followers to hold in the dirty and filthy comments for eleven months of the year, but when October hits, all bets are off. Everyone (if they wish to, and most guys can't help themselves) in her comment section on all her social media accounts is able to leave "dirty thoughts" on there. She picks the best one for the day and counts down to Halloween, when she hosts the show. (She also co-hosts the Morning Mosh Pit every weekday morning from 6-10 am Central time.) Tonight is when folks can call in.
Anyway, she just signed off until Monday morning when she does her usual show. Look her up, Bill. She's a cutie, if I do say so myself.
Just checked some photos of Maria Palmer and she is, indeed, a lovely lass, G-Coog.
I've always respected dames who rock. There is sexiness to such ladies.
Interestingly, Rock 95.5 previously offered a country music format.

I have to admit, BHE, that was in rather poor taste on my part. But I could not resist. It's Halloween and I'm in good cheer!
Bill,
Please.
I had problems with women when I was younger, ten years ago.
But I wasn't that flagrant.
I ceased pursuing the ladies about five years ago, BHE.
Between work, caring for my elderly parents and trying to amuse you boys on this message board, I have no mental energy or the time to devote to the lovelies.
I always check my kids candy to make sure nobody snuck drugs into it. I'd hate for those drugs to go to waste.
Seriously, the old theory about people sneaking ecstasy into candy clearly do not know how much ecstasy costs.
lol ... it was razor blades back in the late 60s/early 70s...
look how tech has advanced in the den o' inequity ...
As weird as David Byrne is, he puts on one hell of a show. That's the first time I've seen the video, though. I was disappointed she didn't actually kill anyone.

Kid Rock invited Eminem to perform on the former's Halfway2Jesus album. The two men, both from Detroit, have a long-standing friendship that is not harmed by their political and social differences.
Credit given to both men for being friends.
We need more of such "reaching across the political aisle" in this great nation.

So do I. Almost everything except opera, lol.
I never thought I would like Kid Rock, but I accidentally caught one of his performances on YouTube, then got interested. I don't like everything he does, but a few of them are exceptional.

Same reaction I had.
Same, definitely not my cup of tea hillbilly hip hop, but it was a really entertaining show. I have seen quite a few bands I would not listen to their album if given the choice, but the live performance was really good. GWAR was a show I tagged along with a friend to not knowing what the band was. That was a hell of a night
Never really a fan, but I went to a live show once, and it was so damn good I saw them twice more. Ian Anderson cracked jokes the entire show. It was like stand up and a concert rolled into one.

I saw Jethro Tull at least once (maybe twice). I definitely saw, on Oct. 30, 1979, Tull live at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium during the band's Stormwatch tour. Outstanding concert as I recall. Ian Anderson is a master frontman.
