NM State at SH
Lot of soul searching going on in Huntsville after couple of rough weeks.
After promising start to the season, it has gone south last 2.5 games .
There is talent but the offense has lost its way. Locke looked like one of the Top Conf USA Qbs for 4 games. Now he looks lost in the offense. The drops last week also hurt but he missed one particular big throw against WK that could have been game changer.
I have no idea if we can get off the mat Wed night.
But will be there to see it happen.

RE: NM State at SH
I watched some of Sam’s OOC and thought they would be an upper CUSA team this year. I was honestly surprised when I watched the WKU game because the offense didn’t look nearly as effective as I had seen.

For NMSU, it’s going to come down to the same thing that’s plagued us this year and the past two: can we get consistent QB play. If we do, we’re hard to stop. I would expect us to lean heavily on our running game which is vastly improved this year.

Since we have CUSA teams in three time zones, I thought I would clarify that is 7:00 Central time zone.

This is the exact opposite of the Delaware Mo State game. It’s anyone’s game to lose with his awful the offenses are.

Looks like NMSU got their offense going.

30-17 lead for Aggies after 3 Quarters.

So NMSU has finished a 2 game road stretch and has Jax State and Liberty at home the next 2 weeks.

Good opportunity for the Aggies to make a statement if they can capitalize on it.

Will we ever get long threads of game discussion back--like we had in the not too recent past?

Bearkat fans are at a loss to comment
13 yards of offense in the first half
So many things that are just being poorly done

Sam Houston has been a total surprise to me in FBS. Was expecting the same standards we all saw in FCS.

Hate to break it to you but they weren't really that good of a FCS team either. Sure, they won a bunch of games but typically failed against any real competition. The only championship they won was in the 2020 season where many of the good teams and players didn't play.

RE: NM State at SH
Yeah that's a load of BS. We beat y'all, JMU and SDSU that season and dog walked every team in the real 2021 season aside from the one and only loss as the last game of the season because Ryan Carty was already 2 feet and 1 arm out the door to Delaware and intentionally threw that game to go get started at UDel.

Sam Houston has proven that we have what it takes to be a 10 win team in the FBS, we had one majorly bad hire, once we right ship with a new coach all will be right again (and new AD with FBS experience)

Jaqueez Ezzard was the biggest reason Sammy beat JMU, North Dakota State and South Dakota State in the spring 2021 playoffs….. the Wizard of Oz
