2026 - 2027 Women's Tennis
Rice's Divna Ratkovic has advanced to the ITA Texas Regional singles finals.
She also earns a bid to the NCAA Championships in Athens, Georgia, in November.

Crap, you beat me by a second. I’ll delete my duplicate thread.

I had mentioned in my thread that Darya Schwartzman had qualified out of this tournament last year too. She graduated but we mostly have everyone else back from last years team and seem to have added a really strong freshman from Scotland.

Both tennis teams are doing well at the conference fall individual championships we are hosting. We have two of the four semi finalists in singles on the women’s side. And a semi finalist in singles and doubles on the men’s side. The champs qualify for the NCAA championships (we already have a separate qualifier for that on the women’s side).

RE: 2026 - 2027 Women's Tennis
is there a way to know what TIME the matches are?

The "Schedule" on the official conference Tournament Central has the match-ups, but no mention of times (which would seem to be a basic ingredient of a "Schedule" page):

Men’s singles semifinals are likely at 11:30 am today (at least that’s when the Rice match is today). I would guess that all the men’s and women’s singles semifinals would be at the same time? At least, that’s what would make the most sense.

That looks right: according to the Rice men's and women's press releases (two separate articles), it seems that all the semifinal matches are at 11:30 today.

Doing a little more digging, it turns out that on the conference "Tournament Central" page, there is a not-too-conspicuous link to the ITA tournament management page, which now has the detailed scheduled for today (which it did not have last night):
https://colleges.wearecollegetennis.com/...E/upcoming

Evidently there are seven matches total at 11:30, so perhaps the mean are on the front courts and the women on back courts, or vice versa.

I wish this information wasn't quite so hidden!

Just one of the four semi finalists advances to tomorrow’s finals (the #2 seed on the women’s side - she faces the top seed tomorrow).

RE: 2026 - 2027 Women's Tennis
For today's finals, once again the "schedule" on the conference's 'Tournament Central" has no mention of match times. But if you drill into the ITA tournament management site (https://colleges.wearecollegetennis.com/...upcoming), you can find that:
- men's doubles and women's doubles started at 9:00 this morning
- men's singles are at 11:00
- women's singles are at 1:00

Go Owl!
