Georgia Southern is going all Hawaii on us
ULL is playing our old friends in San Marcos along with Oklahoma

And Georgia State is playing at South Alabama, in a nonconference game, because why not. Mississippi State is also playing both those teams.

Southern Miss is getting Jacksonville'd to death. They play Jacksonville and Jacksonville State in well...Jacksonville..

App is playing The Charlotte two step, facing Charlotte and Queens University (Which is in Charlotte) and the Tournament is in well...Charlotte. Convienently, Queens University of Charlotte is also playing at Coastal's tournament this weekend, which is not in Charlotte (I checked)

JMU is hosting Loyola (MD) in a 2 match series.

Hosting Tournaments: Coastal Carolina, Troy, La Tech, Marshall, and ODU

We got swept by A&M, but they did win the National Championship, so that might have more to do with it.

ULM is at the Lion Invitational hosted by somewhat recent D1 move-ups East Texas A&M. They lost 3-1 to Southern Illinois and swept Texas Southern 3-0, and will play the hosts tomorrow

Don't know about their volleyball but their soccer team sure gave our gals everything they could handle. A&M and Baylor were cakewalks compared to ETAMU.

Georgia Southern was on a 40-12 run and then the coach got extended late last year and we've been 1-6 since then. Oh well.

Bobcats sweep Cajuns 3-0.

We learned this week about the difference in quality between Western Schools and Southern Schools in Volleyball. Didn't win a single set in College Station this weekend, losing to both Grand Canyon and Cal Poly after A&M beat us Friday.

We scheduled ridiculously hard, to the point that the stated goal is to win just a few games out of conference. Off to Missouri next weekend with Arkansas and Illinois soon after.

I commend you for doing this! One quick corrections, App did not have game against Queens in the Charlotte tournament. We played NC A&T, Charlotte and Bryant. We went 2-1 with wins over Charlotte and Bryant.

South lost to Rice 2-3 and to Mississippi State 0-3, but beat Georgia State 3-1 in “OOC play.”

"Southern Miss volleyball (3-0) completed a perfect weekend at the Gamecock Classic on Saturday, sweeping Jacksonville State (1-2), 3-0 (25-22, 25-19, 25-14), to claim the tournament championship."

We beat Southern 3-0 Friday and Jacksonville 3-2 on Saturday.

ULM left Commerce 1-2 after losing a tight one to the home team 2-3. They’ll host Northwestern State on Tuesday and then travel to Phoenix for the GCU Invitational.

ULM swept La Tech tonight. A ULM win tomorrow will give the Warhawks their first point in the Radiance Technologies I-20 Showdown. A Tech win tomorrow will give each school half of a point.

ULM swept Tech again today to secure the volleyball point in the Showdown

App splits their weekend matches with UL by winning 0-3 today after dropping last nights match.

AState clinches the West Division Title with two weeks still to play after beating Troy 3-2 today. Lead gives us a 3 game divisional lead with only 2 divisional games left to play. If we defeat La Tech on the road twice next week, we'll also clinch the outright league title.
