I’ll put together three “sources” that are kinda saying similar things.
Flugar released his latest educated guess to where everyone standing in his Friday “Holy Smoke Theatre” update.

Candidate tiers:
B1G
1. ND
2. UNC
3. Miami
4. uVA, Duke
5. FSU, Clemson, GT
6. Utah, Stanford
7. Kansas, Cal
8. VT, NC State
SEC
1. UNC, UVA
2. Clemson, FSU
3. Miami, NC State, VT
4. Kansas
Greg mentions the SCSA has infuriated the B1G and SEC and pushed up the time table for expansion as if a bill doesn’t get past this legislative session, there will be renewed efforts next year.
I’m surprised there’s no Duke on the SEC side. Flugar also mentioned the sec is concentrating on adding UNC and UVA, so they might be willing to add 4-6 members to accommodate everything they need.
Next up is Moen who uses his Columbus, Ohio source to get information.
Below are two videos; one is a shortened tidbit of the main points he heard this week and the other has the full conversation with jumpers to the start of that content in the comment section.

Moen’s Ohio State source says the B1G is likely to add Miami and either Virginia or Duke (not both). He believes the SEC would also add schools from the ACC forcing Notre Dame to finally give up independence. B1G would negotiate with SCSA lawmakers to push up the conference membership number cap from 19/20 to 22 in order to show good faith negotiations and also put real pressure on ND to join them. So it sounds like Miami, Virginia, Notre Dame, + whoever ND wants is the chalk from Columbus.
The other “source” I’ll reference is the Florida State Money Perch. He’s a big Donor that has been repeatedly accurate over the years.

This is older material, 3-4 weeks, but the highlights were FSU intermediaries are constantly talking to UNC intermediaries. FSU may need UNC to pull the trigger to get SEC to invite Seminoles. Governor DeSantos has greased the skids for UF, money and suppport, to get UF to push for FSU. DeSantos also was active to remove/alter the bill for the SEC, hoping for some quid pro quo. A quick strike could happen if bill goes to the floor for a vote. This would halt any conference expansion. SEC would want to quickly add new members now before bill could progress to house and finally signed into law by the President. FSU knows they were told to be prepared for this quick strike if SEC decides to act, as well as Clemson and Virginia Tech.
There should be links to the relevant content in the videos in the comment sections. So if I were to guess who the likeliest additions were going to be based on these videos and information:
B1G: Miami and Virginia
SEC: FSU, Clemson, VT, UNC, (NC State, Kansas if NCSU required)
Final wave:
B1G: ND, +1
Let me know what you think.
