As Fox 9 Minneapolis reported, the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee held a hearing where Ellison and other Minnesota officials testified on immigration and law enforcement operations.

This hearing comes one month after two leftist agitators, Renee Good and Alex Pretti, were fatally shot last month in Minneapolis while interfering in ICE enforcement operations.

During the hearing, Johnson quickly became livid over Ellison’s arrogant performance and went scorched-earth on him.

Johnson blamed the attorney general not only for the deaths of Good and Pretti but also for exploiting them for political gain. He then pointed out that Pretti was armed during the confrontation with immigration enforcement.

After screaming at Ellison for encouraging the tragedies to happen, Johnson closed his rant by scolding Ellison for smirking throughout.

JOHNSON: Two people are dead because you encouraged them to put themselves in harm’s way! And now you exploit those two people.

It never should’ve happened!

We can investigate, but I can’t imagine being a law enforcement official where I know my colleagues have been shot at, their vehicles rammed, that there are trained activists deployed.

And by the way, we know at least one of those activists had a semi-automatic pistol with extra clips!

So now you’re an ICE officer. You’re doing enforcement action. You’ve got a team behind you trying to protect you.

You’ve got all these trained activists behind you. Is it any wonder they’re at hair-trigger alert? A tragedy was going to happen, and you encouraged it!!

And you ought to feel damn guilty about it!

I watched some of that. The Pubs just absolutely burned Ellison to ashes, complete with solid proof in the hearing (even when they had his voice on tape), and he just sat there, rolled his eyes, and laughed or smirked at everything they said.

He obviously thinks he's going to get away with it. He better not.

One would think after the the second Kent State moment, the left would stop and go home.

But no, they've just become more emboldened

Hope not. He's under indictment, and the Dems aren't running things. It would be par for the course, but maybe Bondi will redeem herself and be different.
