RE: Minneapolis terrorist identified.
Here's what I don't understand:

Would you interfere with US Secret Service raiding a counterfeiting operation?
Would you interfere with US Marshalls apprehending prison escapees?
Would you interfere with ATFE arresting a bomb maker?

Then why is it acceptable to interfere with Immigration and Customs Enforcement enforcing US immigration law?

First off I dont even try to keep up with all the ICE stuff....

dont care about it, someone else problem. So let them do their job.

In this case this officer is 100% wrong and should go to prison just like the cop that shot Ashli Babbitt

This woman was in no way attempting to run this officer over at least not from the video in this BBC article
https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c1jepdjy256o

You can not say Michael Byrd should be in prison, which I agree, he should. Unless you say the same about the officer that basically did the same damn thing to this woman. Dont know why they had her stopped or tried to open her car door. Dont have a clue as to why or how she was at this spot at this time.....

going by the video this woman was shot by a trigger happy officer that should spend years in prison. He wont, just as Michael Byrd, will not. Both should not been police officers. Both trigger happy idiots

I have several good friends who are cops. One of them had to shoot someone a couple years ago... he agonized over it for months, didn't return to service for a long time as they did the investigation that cleared him. He didn't want to shoot the guy, but he was running after him in the dark and the guy turned around and appeared to have a weapon (it turned out to not be a gun). The bad guy was lucky he just got hit in the shoulder and not the middle of the chest. I will not question an officer who is in the heat of the moment and sensed they were in danger. Don't do stupid ****, you won't get shot. And the front video angle does show that the officer got hit by the front left corner of the car.

Define "interfere."

There's been countless reports of citizens being harassed merely for pointing a cell phone camera at them.

Also, why are nearly all of these folks masked, not required to wear body cams, rarely provide their identity, ride in unmarked vehicles, etc? Yes, I understand some things need to remain covert, but not everything.

There's got to be a better way to do this.

Again "hit" is doing a AWFUL lot of heavy lifting here.

And talking about don't do stupid ****, when does that apply to the cop?

Is he supposed to be in front of or behind a vehicle he should assume is still running and operational? Is he supposed to be holding a cell phone in one hand while approaching a vehicle?

Many reports have surfaced that the FBI has cut off all local investigators from obtaining any information about the incident. If so why, what do they have to hide?

Sometimes you end up in a position that you don't want to be. She was not following the orders of the officers, simple as that. There were other officers just down the way that could have gotten hit by her as well. They don't know her intentions, they just know she presented danger to them. We have a courts and a justice system for a reason, she shouldn't be attempting to intervene in things that are not her specific business.

It's pretty common for an LEO to be in front of a car. The point being that the perp shouldn't be stupid enough to move forward. In theory it should stop people. This woman was unfortunately for her kids, a complete idiot.

It is not local jurisdiction... simple as that. The local police weren't even there at the time.

So that little bump, with the SUV clearly going away from him after the first shot....

called for two more shots after he was 100% clear of danger?

If the front tires don't slip on the ice, she runs him over. That is the only thing that saved him. She had a weapon and Babbitt did not and was crawling through a window where there were at least 5 armed gunmen. For all we know Babbitt was crawling through the window to keep from getting crushed by the mob behind her. All they had to do was cuff her, instead she got shot in the neck with half of her torso hanging through a window. She was zero threat to anyone. The lady in the car could have killed the cop that shot her if her tires didn't slip on the ice. Then they would be putting up a monument for her. That's the difference.

2 things about that...

1. There were more officers just up the road where she was heading who were potentially in danger.

2. They are trained to shoot to kill, not to maim. She was still moving, his training says that the danger isn't clear.

This. You'd think people would know the difference, but apparently, they don't.

Its not just him. If she was willing to run him over, she's willing to run anyone over.

Notice how you got hoodwinked by the BBC showing you what they wanted you to see, even though the front shot video has been out a while. (And we've been posting on it all day.)

If the vehicle is still moving, you keep shooting. Imagine telling the parents of a child that got run over down the street after she drove into and past you that you were out of danger so you had to stop shooting, sorry she continued on and ran over your child.

When you use your vehicle as a deadly weapon, its then a deadly weapon as long as it keeps moving.

Dont give two shites about "their history" because it plays no part in either shooting.

This woman was not attempting to run this officer over. A trained officer should be able to to make risk managing judgments. Even if the law gives this officer the right to fire, for that tiny little bump from the corner of the bumper. She was well past him and he was clear of the SUV when he took two more shots
