But, he must not allow himself to be a Trump clone.

If that's the case, I prefer Rubio over Vance.

Rubio speaks softly and carries a big stick.

Not being selected as Mitt Romney's VP changed his political trajectory forever.

I think either would do well as president, but I think Rubio delivers the same domestic agenda----while being much better on foriegn policy matters than Vance.

I repeat, Rubio has said several times that if Vance is running for president in 2028, then he is not.

It's a long way until 2028.

Things can change.

Did you think I didn't know either of those things? :)

Nope. Never crossed my mind at all.

So a Left Leaning site shares a post from another Left Leaning site declaring that Democrats think Trump is a big meany.

Even the Leftist site can’t be honest with those who read this drivel.

“Some 50 percent of Americans “strongly” disapprove of his job performance.”

Doesn’t that mean some 50 percent of Americans still approve of Trump’s job performance?

Why is the fact the country is still split 50-50 news?

The answer is it’s really not.

It wasn’t supposed to be news, just more of the OP’s trolling.

RE: Disapproval of Trump nears J6 levels
Someone misjudged the populist appeal of a new brass-plated ballroom.

Adding to the pile of alarming indicators for the president’s party heading into this year’s midterms, Trump’s approval rating among political independents has dipped to a new low... Just 32% of Americans now say that Trump has had the right priorities, while 68% say he hasn’t paid enough attention to the country’s most important problems. That’s the president’s most negative reading on that question to date during either of his terms in office. At the same time, Americans say, 61% to 38%, that Trump’s policies will move the country in the wrong direction rather than the right one.

What? Oh the WP? Okay, meh, whatever. LOL

Why not an Olberman poll, I'm sure they'll find enough Demonicrats that hate Trump, maybe it'll climb to 95% disapproval. Eh?

"It probably doesn’t help Mr Trump that he is mentioned in the Epstein files more often than Harry Potter is mentioned in the Harry Potter books."

...and I'm sure Trump won't be able to sleep his usual 4 hours knowing this. I'm sure he's really ASKEEERRED. LOL

Quote:An InsiderAdvantage national survey of 800 likely voters conducted February 17-18, utilizing mix-mode text/panel, with a margin of error of plus/minus 3.46%, shows Donald Trump’s approval rating basically mirroring or slightly above the national popular vote results in the election of November 2024.

The results:

What is your opinion of the job performance of President Donald Trump?

Approve 50%

Disapprove 46%

Undecided; 4%

Quote:Gallup will no longer track presidential approval ratings after more than eight decades doing so, the public opinion polling agency confirmed to The Hill on Wednesday.

The company said starting this year it would stop publishing approval and favorability ratings of individual political figures, saying in a statement it “reflects an evolution in how Gallup focuses its public research and thought leadership.”

IT'S GOTTEN TO THE POINT
