he doesnt believe that. not in florida. in dc he would be, as all of his friends would be members of the gj.
keep in mind that if he is being asked to testify, he's testifying against someone else. what he cant do at this point is lie.

Everything is talking point to Tom.
If it doesn't fit his narrative, it's not true.

It is when your twitter master is the source for nearly every post you have here. Whatever happened to the demoted piss tester BTW?
But back to the topic. I wish you'd make up your mind when grand juries are legit and when they aren't. You seem quite confused on the matter. Sort of like you not knowing the difference between word search and spell check.
This is most likely being driven by another trump legal lackey.
And voila...it all tracks as expected...
Quote:A trump loyalist heading a “grand conspiracy” investigation into some of President donald trump’s grievances signed a subpoena seeking testimony from former CIA Director John Brennan just before he resigned from the Justice Department last week, his lawyer told a court Monday.
On Wednesday, Joe diGenova signed the document aimed at Brennan for testimony before a federal grand jury in Fort Pierce, Florida, Brennan attorney Ken Wainstein wrote in a declaration. After Wainstein reached out to diGenova after he accepted the subpoena Thursday, diGenova wrote that he would “arrange counsel” to speak with them. Brennan’s testimony was preliminarily set for Oct. 15.
DiGenova resigned later Thursday. On Friday, Wainstein said, 2020 election denier Kurt Olsen — now part of the prosecutorial team in the Southern District of Florida — told Brennan’s team that there were multiple “viable” grand jury investigations into his client, “including a ‘far-reaching’ investigation in Fort Pierce that includes ‘issues at Mar-a-Lago and beyond’ into whether President donald trump had his civil rights violated.” Another investigation is running out of Washington, D.C., looking into Brennan’s statements before Congress, Olsen confirmed.

This has to be beyond the pale if even Joe ******* DiGenova won't stick around for it.

I would say this is even worse for Brennan and the cronies. Sounds like Blanche is starting to move new people into these investigations once he was sworn in.

DiGenova later clarified that his initial comments were taken out of context, stating that there is "plenty of evidence in all of these cases to prove the theories of prosecution," but that it "just takes time to get there."
He expressed confidence that he would have been able to "take every one of these cases across the finish line" because they had been put in "perfect posture to proceed."
This perspective suggests that diGenova believed the cases were viable and the evidence existed, but he refused to rush indictments that might fail under judicial review.

Well, duh, sure he is. That's why he's in the role. He's another trump lackey who will skirt the rule of law, not work for the country and citizens, but work solely at the pleasure of trump.
Remember when you hated the deep state?
I can't wait for him to experience what Wine Box Pirro did when she took marching orders from trump to go after the former Olympian for putting his hand in the Lincoln Memorial Pool water and merely touching the horribly installed liner.

Sure, Jan.
This happens all the time with trump. And I've found over the years that the first comments after an the event are usually much more true than comments after you've had time to think things over and hear from others.
Joe likely needed to keep that bridge.

Brennans attorney has been filing like mad in order to try to get any material as to what is being investigated. He's got one month to try to determine how he tap dances in a way where he doesnt get indicted for lying, while also trying not to implicate anyone else who could turn on him.

Again, duh. What else would you expect his attorney to do?
