This may be a crazy take, but I would rather play NDSU in their dome than play one of the Montanas outside in December.

Sure glad we did not draw a bracket like last year. Maybe we can have a Tx2 meeting as the games progress.

RE: UAC Week 13
Until Tarleton gets serious about defense, the Montanas, Dakotas, and being a National power, are out of reach. ACU game, last night, were just indicators. Whitten will always field an offense. But cliche as it is, defense wins championships. Tarleton has a long ways to go to be a real FCS threat, and be treated as such.

RE: UAC Week 13
Just got back from Wildcat Stadium and the selection show. I was already tired from all the voting and bracket convos last night. Cap and I kept going round and round on who would get who. There were a few surprises and a couple of deep breaths. Over-all, I was a little surprised that Tarleton leapfrogged Lehigh, but Tarleton had the harder schedule, so not really that surprised. ACU ended up a little better than I thought but #10 was where I had them finally landing at. I agree with RC that we got lucky with our draw. I kept saying no no no no to either the Tarleton or Montana boxes. Yes, you would rather go play in the Fargodome than in the Montanas. I hate this regionalization crap though. IF the NCAA wanted to make the playoffs special, make teams that haven't played each other play. Pit teams from other parts of the Country together and schools that really match. I can tell you that ACU fans would drool to play Harvard or Yale. Anyway, we match well with Lamar, and if we have to rematch against SFA, so be it. I hate how all the times are noon right now. I hope that really isn't the case.

I would rather play the Montana’s than NDSU in the semis. SDSU is not as good this year than in previous years.

How cool would it be if Harvard wins a couple of games and then comes to Stephenville?

To me it looks like they believe in him and are taking the responsibility as an institution to invest more in the program to help him succeed better.

And to close it out, nothing from EKU today, which tells me Wells will be back.
