I support all efforts to identify what Biden actually did on his own, and what his aides/handlers did on his behalf, with or without his knowledge.

But at the end of the day, I don’t believe any of the pardons will be nullified. I doubt that’s possible.

It's pretty easy to prove the AutoPen was used without Biden's involvement. They have already shown examples where Zients was involved in the approval and not Biden.

The open ended pardons covering years of actions with no criminal acts delineated, and no current or past criminal proceedings could easily be shot down as actually exceeding plenary powers. That's a super high bar but that was an extraordinarily ballsy move they actually made with a straight face.

Find a test case, prosecute them, let them claim the pardon as a complete defense and run it up the flagpole through federal appeals courts to SCOTUS to chime in on.

If not already enacted, a law needs to be enacted to ensure the Autopen only be used for Christmas cards and the like. Any EO or other law must be signed by the president in his or her own handwriting. We may not be able to reverse the actions of the minions surrounding Biden, but we sure as hades should ensure it never happens again. Yes, I realize there's no way to ensure the president actually reads what he or she is signing but its a first step.
