Question Raise your hand if you thought the Dodgers would steamroll through Toronto
Guilty as charged. Seeing how hot LA was and how the Blue Jays had to use their pitching in a 7 game series, it didn't seem the world series was going to be much of a series. Then, Toronto scores 9 runs in a single inning. The way the Dodgers were pitching I thought Toronto would be lucky to get 9 runs in the entire series.

Shoes that athletes aren't robots. You will always have surprising results. This is why I don't bet on sports - unless I get a tip from Billups or Rozier.

RE: Raise your hand if you thought the Dodgers would steamroll through Toronto
I’m a Jays fan and was just hoping it wouldn’t be an LA sweep.

I watched probably ~130-140 of the Jays games this season and I was still hesitant to believe in them, just because all of sports media was talking about how much of a juggernaut the Dodgers are, and I admittedly haven’t watched a ton of them outside of the playoffs and a couple games here and there.

I knew the Jays could make it a series if they did what they had been doing all season: drive up the pitch count of the starters and get to the bullpen. I just wasn’t sure they’d be able to do that against the Dodgers rotation. They’ve done it once, hopefully they can do it 3 more times.

I hope Game 1 wasn’t a fluke.

Jays have had success against Glasnow in the past (though most of those starts were when he was with Tampa Bay)… see if that holds true tonight.

Boy, I cannot wait for the ball/strike challenge system. I'll leave it at that lol.

Well, with Springer likely out for the series and Bo still less than 100%, I'd be absolutely shocked if the Jays win this. Bummer.

Jays returning back to Canada with 3-2 lead! Toronto is going to be nuts Friday night.

I'm impressed with how well Toronto has played despite the injuries and coming off a 7 game series.

However, as a neutral fan, I hope this series goes to 7.

As a Jays fan, I hope it’s only 6 lol
