Only a State College fan could say such a thing. What you are saying would be a true statement if it was a top-tier bowl, but to go to a Weedwacker - type bowl and get blown out by NorthEastern Eastern Iowa Tech (7-5), to invent an example, would be worse than not going at all. Getting beat by a storied team with a football heritage is one thing, playing **** ball and getting beat by a nonentity that finally got a bowl is entirely another.

Actually, we've been known to lose money on bowl games. And, I'd just rather we not go through
that again. Losing money and looking stupid in the process is not much fun.

We are going to forfeit our extra practice time to the Billdogs. Nick Turner has plenty of money coming into the program, so you don't need that.

Oh! I'm sorry, you have to win at least 6 games....maybe next time we will both be eligable and we can both have extra $ and practice. Face it, nobody would want either of our teams! :frown: :bang: :frown:
