This thread is once again a miss of epic proportions. The DailyBeast attempts to portray this job posting as some dangerous national disaster in the fight against terrorism because a recent college grad was put in a minor leadership position. They attempt to disparage him because he, like countless millions of us,worked part-time jobs flipping burgers and mowing lawns while in high school and college.

The position he was placed in is over a group that basically just coordinates best practices guides between agencies and groups. "We convene terrorism and targeted violence prevention providers, curate research and best practices on terrorism and targeted violence prevention, and aid states and communities in building strategies and programs to prevent terrorism, and targeted violence, in the Homeland".

He's not in charge of national security nor involved in the intelligence community on rooting out terrorism. His group is just the folks who put together info provided by the experts and they help put together guides and other materials for other folks.

In short, another nothingburger from the left.
