He's from Chicago, He's a fan of the Bears and the Cubs. Well it appears there is a debate that he's actually a White Sox fan. His mother was a Cubs fan, his father was a Cardinals fan.

He’s following in the footsteps of Pope Francis. The previous pope was famously a fan of the unimpressive San Lorenzo soccer club, from his working class neighborhood…rather than one of the monied and highly successful teams of Buenos Aires (River Plate or Boca Juniors).
