Trump was caught by surprise with the question. He didn't know the case, so he asked Vance, sitting in the front row, if he should hire him back, and Vance said yes.

For one, I guess what he wrote would be considered racist but can the Demonics really say that they've never said something stupid. It is not a violation of First Amendment. It's not a good look but it's not criminal. If Ol' Foggy can make derogatory remarks about Indians and the jobs they work in then why are the Leftists all up in arms over this?
