You honestly think I don’t understand the Constitution and the powers it grants the President? Especially since my question was why is it bad when one president does it but not another? And 26 on day one is a record by far, second place is 9 by Biden. Only 4 times has the president signed day one EOs and Trump takes up 2 of those spots.

But you're right. We didn't like it when Obama and Biden used "the power of the pen" to get things done. But again, that's part of the powers bestowed upon the President of the United States in Article II of the Constitution.

I am not criticizing his powers. I think he knows Congress is not going to be as friendly as some think/hope for.

Good.
