lol I know exactly which vein you are talking about

RE: Tulane Green Wave
Almost skipped out on seeing this one in person due to the weather/inconvenience factors, and so glad I didn't. Most complete game I've seen this season, and we showed patience and toughness.

Fun game, other than the HORRIBLE officiating. Shout out to the guy directly behind the scorers' table giving the refs a good, loud jawing as they looked at the replay of the phantom Yax foul and made the incorrect call a second time. Arena security even came over and told him to quiet down, and he kept on jawing. Not sure it changed anything because they kept right on making TERRIBLE calls, but it was at least fun to watch.

That was one of the better 3-4 days to be a blazer fan since March. 2 men’s basketball wins and a football pledge each day.

Two really good teams left on the schedule. Memphis and a revenge match vs UNT. The rest are Meh to Average.

Hopefully Yax was right in postgame, when he said he expected them to go on a long winning streak.

Need to beat FAU on the road Sunday to get back to even par.

They actually played a tough schedule, so they’ll be battle tested. Probably will come close to a sellout, too.

The next 2 road games are going to be significantly harder than the 2 home games against inferior opponents.

ESPN analytics says we have a 31.6% chance at FAU and 41.2% at USF.
Underdogs in both.

Going 2-0 would keep hope alive for a 3 seed.

I watched FAU play ECU lastbweekend and they are a shadow of what they have been. Both teams appeared very mediocre.

I think all of the teams in this conference outside of 1. Memphis, 2. UNT. 3 (*MAYBE* us) are very mediocre. I think most of the teams outside of Memphis and UNT will just cannibalize each other.

FAU played a very good schedule. (#54 per kenpom versus 350 for UAB) Beat Liberty and OK State but also have some bad losses. Florida Gulf Coast at home?

They brought in some good transfers and they are very balanced. They have a 7 foot 245 guy that is in their rotation. And a 6-11 215 guy.

They shoot better than us from 3.

It's winnable but we would need our best game so far.
