Dilfer AND Andy should refund at least 1/2 of their salaries. They have both done horrible jobs. Dunn and Norton haven’t earned their salaries either.

Dilfer AND Andy should refund at least 1/2 of their salaries. They have both done horrible jobs. Dunn and Norton haven’t earned their salaries either.

I'm betting that Dilfer would say he already paid it when he took a lesser salary to expand the assistant salary pool.

People want to see progression on top of consistency. It’s been past time to schedule for an at-large bid, play well enough to get nationally ranked, win the real championship(regular season 1st place finish), play well enough to put 6-7k in Bartow every night, have large & loud crowds that youre not embarrassed to invite recruits to games.

We are now in dog fights with sunbelt and CUSA programs we left behind. That’s humiliating.

That will not save the basketball season in my mind. We have set ourselves up to be a 14 or 15 seed if we somehow win the AAC. In my 20+ years of being a UAB fan, this is by far the most disappointing team I have seen in any sport. For as much crap as a lot of us gave Davis, he at least had us in the bubble conversation. We’ve gone from a net 50ish program in AK’s early years to a net 200+ team this year.

I never saw us questioning the effort of Trey or KJ or Jelly. Those were nice guys off the court too, but on the court they played hard as hell.

Dilfer? this would make sense mainly because he's said multiple times how financially secure he is and how he doesnt "need" this job. additionally he has even said he has generational wealth. Given that and the fact he's straight up said it coupled with his pathetic record, this makes sense.
