Tarleton has another bad/sloppy loss against Iona in the Baha Mar opener 62-51. We manage.to keep turnovers below 20 (18) and BuBu dropped in 22 pts, but again we are so damn discombobulated with the ball in our hands! We are consistently finding new ways to turn the ball over without anyone even guarding us! It's weird. Mizell's ball skills are serious lacking, even for a Freshman. Not sure why, but Harrison only got a few minutes, and we played the same 5-6 all game. Why is the Egyptian Pro PG not playing? He suited and warmed up like he would but never saw the floor.

The Egyptian PG appeared to be wearing a boot during the game. I did see a couple of X pics where he was practicing.

The FloSports announcers were told by BCG we would have five players back first week in December. Didn’t say who the five were.

We watering down the floor in Wisdom for practice or something? S&C issue? Lots of high profile games early in the year and this is what we throw out there? Somebody help me out here.

Tarleton grabs it's 1st win of the season 61-59 against a D1 opponent (Hofstra) at Day 2 of Baha Mar tourney. We were able to hold off a good Hofstra team despite not scoring a FG the last 4:30 of the game and playing only 5 players. Harrison Jr. got more minutes and shines again dropping 27 and was Player of Game. So F'N TIRED of watching our backup Guards dribble the ball off of their feet, pass to nobody and shanking layups. Hopefully our starting (injured) Guards are leaps and bounds better than Mizell and Miles. If so, we might can scratch together a scrappy and competent team that's ready to get it on by league play.

Tarleton falls to the Fighting Larry Birds of Indiana State 87-71 to close out Baha Mar tourney. Same song, different verse: Harrison and BuBu accounted for 90% of Tarleton's points. Not enough against the deep bench of Indiana State. Can't wait to see Harrison and BuBu play with Freddy & the Frenchman. If get those 4 and the Egyptian PG back over the next few weeks, we could be a force to reckon with. Won't know until we see it though. Annual beatdown of Dallas Christian on Tues.
