Mark Penn said what Mayorkas and Wray did is highly unusual. Also, he said he knows for a fact that they were both offered a public session, and a classified one, and they declined both.

He also said the Biden admin has pretty much thumbed its nose at Congress for 4 years. And Penn is a Dem.

He'll say he was only following orders which to a great degree this would be true. He couldn't go against the real person who proposed/pushed this agenda, he would lose his job and a cushy one it was.I don't think he was the SOLE INSTIGATOR for the millions that came in. He was just the go between and I think he loved the idea too.

I can't think of any deal he could make to make things for him better. Unless he's gonna out who was actually running the country in absence of Biden's mental capacity.
