A friend of my wife was killed in a head on collision with an illegal a few years back. He got out without a scratch..

He also blew above the legal limit.

When he was going through the legal proceedings, the day he was found guilty and sentenced to 90 years in prison, his lawyer announced they couldn't imprison him because he was an illegal immigrant and he would need to be turned over to ICE. The judge said, so he got drunk and killed a contributing member to our society and I should turn him over to ICE so he can sneak back in and do it again. The lawyer smirked and said, he won't come back.

The Judge said well tell ICE they can have what's left of him in 90 years.. The lawyer threw a fit and screaming that justice was not done.

If it wasn't for the original Soros AG that didn't pursue a death penalty case from the start, thus trial would have never happened because of a most likely plea of the max sentence he will get now. And the family wouldn't have had to suffer through it all over again.
