First off, I saw some ridicule the effort because there were two heading the department. Well today Vivek said he and Musk are not getting paid. They are volunteering.

Second as for this DOD dummy, if anyone watched the UAP hearing you would have noticed testimony of all the hidden departments that no one knows about. How do you fund departments that are obviously very expensive endeavors with no one knowing it even exists?
