Board changes run out of steam?

I recognize realignment presents never-ending maintenance problems for a board like this, but wondering if our board changes from July simply ran out of steam?

There remain some OVC team page moves not yet executed - Little Rock to the UAC, Tenn Tech to the SoCon, for example. West Florida moves to the UAC from D2 (would need a new team page). Also, Southern Utah, Utah Tech and Utah Valley all left the WAC/ UAC for the Big Sky and Big West, respectively, so maybe these guys lose their home here? Alternately, new conference pages are needed?

Any why the nested Conference Talk links for the Pac 12 board?

With the dramatic shift of the WAC to the UAC, it seems like now is a good time to "rebrand forum 376. It is still moderated by a NMSU poster. A few years ago, I offered to volunteer as a moderator, as well as a poster from a now departed member. If it is appropriate, I'd volunteer again for a new UAC board.

Blazertalk.com redirect is broken. Not sure what's up but on Safari on a Mac it complains that it can't create a secure connection so it seems SSL/TLS certificate based. It's been broken for about a week I think

Seeing as Sac State is FBS bound, any chance Sac State can have a board here? Is there an application or something. And no, I don't have $18m to buy a board here so don't ask, but I'd be willing to throw money towards the csnbbs bucket (if there is such a thing).

I plan to encourage all 10 of our fans from our current board to migrate to the new csnbbs board. Since we are MAC FB but Big West for Oly sports, not sure where the board would roll under.

Or at least make them less obtrusive, short of paying to access the board?

Every time I try to log on to this site from my phone, I get a Carter's ad that pops up every few seconds, and I can't close out of that ad without exiting the site. It comes up every few seconds, so I don't even have time to peruse the board, let alone to post anything. Only happens when I visit this site. It doesn't seem to happen when I get on a computer as opposed to my phone, but that's not always convenient.

Over the past 24 hours there has been a ton of spam hitting the boards (and thus sending me email notifications). Different usernames that I've reported. Can something else be done?

Problems logging in using chrome

I figured this was worth a shot to ask about. For a few weeks now, when I try to login (typically using a Chromebook), I get hung up in an endless loop during the human verification stage (not even getting to the point of a box to check) and never get to this website. This never used to be an issue.

My workaround has been to open a chrome incognito window where I am able to pass the human test and proceed to this site. That's a bit of a hassle because the site doesn't remember me so I have to through the verification/login rigmarole every time. I'd like to get back to a normal login and not have to mess with incognito windows. Any solutions or suggestions?

passwords being reset/dropped?

I've been on this site FOR A LONG TIME and I have never had my password dropped yet somehow over the last 6 months or so I'll hop on and find I am signed out in some capacity on my laptop, phone or PC. Previously I'd always stay logged un unless I signed myself out.

Is there some new rule on having to change passwords every _ months?

The following countries are temporary being gated with captchas due to extremely aggressive bot traffic from compromised phones:

- United Kingdom
- Ireland
- France
- Germany
- New Zealand
- Australia
- Canada

The following regions are temporary COMPLETELY BANNED from accessing the site. I will slowly roll some countries in here like Japan and South Korea into the gated with a captcha category and maybe eventually handled normally. But for now, in these areas, NO SOUP FOR YOU:

- Asia
- Africa
- South America
- Russia
- Russian occupied Ukraine
- Ukraine
- Iran
- Saudia Arabia
- UAE
- Belarus

In the extremely unlikely event you're in one of the above areas and impacted, PM me.

So far the captcha solve rate from these countries has been abysmal (<0.05%). If you are in one of these countries, and getting too many captchas, send me a PM.

When I am on Active Board Links and click on my team WMU Broncos I get:

400 Bad Request
Request Header or cookie too large

I get this on my iphone and my ipad. Both are updated with IOS and I cleared cookies and cache. Is there a way to fix this?

Using my laptop (not a mac) I have no problem getting in. Any suggestions? Thanks
