But that said, IMO the decision by UCF to build an OCS in the mid-2000s was one of the very best decisions any G-level football program has made in the past 20 years. I don't think UCF would be where you are now had you not done so. It was a brilliant move, and one we should have made back then as well.

Really, I think it likely that UCF is in the nB12 and we are still stuck in the AAC because of the decisions we each made about an OCS back then. Kudos to UCF.

In fairness to USF, Orlando doesn't have an NFL team running interference.
