UVA-Wise lack of money and students

Shepherd Needs to get students coming in like many of the public schools in West Virginia.
Henderson State and Ouachita Baptist The only way they go to D1 is if the two schools merge with the teams as one and Call it Henderson-Ouachita University and make it like a hi-bred like Delaware.
