Do you mean baseball? instead of basketball? The SBC may deserve more than 2 in baseball but not basketball.

ODU, Marshall and Georgia State have good basketball teams that have gone to postseasons.

ODU, Marshall and Georgia State have offered some quality (and tourney worthy) teams the past few years. But are any of those three "year-in-and-year-out tournament-caliber programs"? There is a difference between a team of one season and a program of many seasons, DavidSt.

The Sun Belt is not yet an annual two-bid league in men's hoops. Now, and to be fair, it might evolve to become that.
