Gymnastics should have been shifted to the annex years ago to open up that space.( Football offices should be in the annex as well IMO.) The East side of the building should also be bumped out by 15-20 feet. Those two things alone, which are relatively not that expensive, would open a ton of space to re-configure the MACC and expand some offices.

The hallways should connect at both ends with modern concessions. Overall, the arena doesn't need to be that much bigger than it is in today's game. Just needs to be 'modernized.'
