Rules 6-5.1.f and 6-6.2)

The commentators kept saying the review isn’t permissible. Don’t know if the refs got confused between NBA and College?

there is a 4th official on the side lines watching replays

you think between the 4 officials, that one of them would know the rules
(or maybe they were just following orders from headquarters)
