Football you can play just fine with 4 people. And all you need is a ball and some grass. Or you can do two hand touch on concrete, but risk some scrapes and bruises. You don't even need a hoop. Baseball is pretty difficult unless you have more than 4.

Baseball you can practice throwing, but not much else without organization. As a kid, we would play football anytime and basketball anytime we had a hoop.

only takes 2 kids to play home run derby - a pitcher and a hitter.

Of course, there's that minor inconvenience called break-able windows, if one cares about such things : )

Actually, you can just throw the baseball yourself and hit it. I used to do that a lot!!!
