The B12 already has UCF (Orlando-Disney), adding UNLV would give the B12 the top 2 tourist destinations B12 country.

That plus SDSU (which would be a part of that expansion) gives the B12 3 destination cities for games/fans.

And... in NIL era, there is no reason UNLV shouldn't be able to attract top recruits in both major sports.

If they do pod scheduling of some type, you have SDSU, UNLV, BYU and TCU (with its west-coast student body) who can play together and have decent travel for home and home

Interesting idea maybe you can throw in Fresno St and USF too, then you got a nice little Western pocket and a nice little Eastern pocket
