Lassiter leaving is going to leave a mark for sure.

No wonder Harbaugh continues to flirt with the NFL. NCAA coaches have to deal with over twice the size of the roster, work year-round recruiting, monitor the portal and keep all the players happy as they are in essence, free agents.

Jerry Jones from the Cowboys has stated that college coaches work harder and deserve more compensation than their NFL counterparts. I would heartily agree.
