They are both true...the problem is Bryant still had positives in his game and fans wanted him sat for this...

I'm not saying Prater is good. But our offense was no better with Bryant as it was with Prater. In conference play we only scored over 30 once and it was 31 against Tulsa. In Praters 1 start we scored 24 against the best team we played.

In Bryant's 7 conference games we averaged 25.5 points and In Praters 1 we scored 24. Both suck but our offense was not better.

Our staff did a great job scheming yards against Tulane. I think teams would have adjusted if Prater had to play more.
