I was impressed by the atmosphere at diddle last night. It’s a fun old school, vintage arena. Good place to watch a game. I’m 2-0 there! Woo hoo

Yep. Can't disagree. Stansbury missed 9 games with a medical issue and even before and after, he's still not well. Gotta believe that plays into how bad the team has played all season. ..No development nor team chemistry.

Regardless, the fanbase is not happy. We are on the verge of a losing season, which is rare for WKU. My guess is he will retire at the end of the season...which will likely be right after the first game of the tourney.

Yeah you guys looked kind of lost last night. Your team obviously has a lot of size and talent. No way you should have the record you do. Stansbury has underperformed his entire tenure with WKU IMO.

He didn’t make any adjustments to our 1-3-1, which we play super often and he should’ve been ready for. I feel like your guys picked up your dribble a step or two inside the half court line every single time we were in that zone trap, which is the absolute wrong thing to do. I’ve seen really well coached teams be able to pass out of the zone but you guys never adjusted at all.

Your fanbase showed up big time! Diddle was like 90-95% full. Way better than we’ve done at Bartow all year.

I really hope we keep playing you guys.

That really the frustrating part. We get 6k to show up for a 15-14 team. This town is basketball obsessed and crying out for a return to glory. Hopefully he retires at the end of the season and we can get some new blood into the program. Players are good enough, but the overall philosophy and coaching let’s them down.
