Well of course, that's what both professional standards would dictate, as well as the regulations of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, and our Trustees take our accreditation very seriously as they do all of their duties. If they didn't, they would not have conducted an exhaustive national search for a System Chancellor and would have just treated it as a $1.1mill/year honeypot for an influential member.

We are blessed to have a Board of such perspicacity, who maintain their oversight role without meddling in university governance functions.

I didn't know that stuff was legal in Alabama. I thought it was for medical use only.
