He may be a jerk to work for, I don't know, I have never worked for him. But several of the people that left, including the Bartow, seemingly took better jobs. So if that is a good reason as to why coaches left Clark after last season, and not the fact they knew he was stepping down, then why isn't it good for Ingram? I do know that I have emailed him with potential gripes and he has responded to each of them. However, I can name and produce screenshots of someone who was close to the football program who has acted like a complete jerk... but I won't.

Excellent post. I've had this theory that folks on here, or certain folks in general, who have a problem with Ingram are people who feel they are entitled to have more access/influence into or over the athletic programs than Ingram will allow and they are but hurt about it. Not sure if they feel this way because they are big donors or what but they feel they should have a seat at the table when it comes to big decisions and Ingram is basically like, "f off and let me do my job." I have nothing to base this theory on, just an impression that I get.
