I want an offensive minded coach. An ACTUAL offensive minded coach. I can’t watch any more of the “defense and run the ball” scheme. Having to watch this team then watch the exciting Dolphins offense on Sundays makes me dread watching our games more and more each week. So damn boring and predictable.

I don’t think Shawn Clark or Chadwell would come here. Dillingham would be an interesting choice and probably first for me from this list.

Also, I think that Mike Shanahan is a very different Mike Shanahan than the one you’re thinking of lol.

..yeah I guess my 'overview' there is a few decades behind on that one - but the ACTUAL dude seems to have JMU going pretty well - And their HC Curt Cignetti would be a candidate, just no 'local' ties, but not sure if that should be a deal-breaker...
