This is impossible. I have it on good authority that things can't be turned around in a year - look at the mess he was handed. XU hadn't been to the tourney in years - kids don't want to play for a program that doesn't make the tourney. He doesn't have his guys yet. It takes a minimum of 4 years and then the rebuild can start in earnest.

If this is meant as sarcasm directed toward Wes Miller, I disagree with the premise.

Look no further than the blue chip talent Steele had recruited during his tenure that Sean Miller inherited in year one. Then examine what Brannen left behind for Wes Miller to work with. Not even close. Sadly, the results on the court in recent Shootouts produced an eyewitness account of that disparity in talent.

Sean Miller walked into an entirely different situation at x than Wes Willer did at UC.
